Working with JL Franklins was the best! They really know how to take care of the customer. From design assistance to ordering and the follow up during and after are far superior to other companies I have dealt with. What truly stands apart and seems to be a 'lost art' is the fact that JL Franklins still cares about the client, personable customer service (THANK YOU Jennifer Robles-Lead Graphic Designer) communication and the satisfaction. Many companies today have totally forgotten that. JL Franklins has not. The products I received are absolutely first rate and flawless! I am SO pleased with my experience with JL Franklins as well as the awesome custom laser engraved products I received. I will most definitely be ordering again and again. Quality in all respects. 5*'s.

I ordered six tumblers during a $99 laser engraving promotion. While the logo design is exactly what I wanted, the engraving itself is extremely light. It's so faint that if you didn't already know a logo was supposed to be there, you would barely notice it. Unfortunately, the finished product does not meet my expectations because the engraving lacks the contrast and visibility I was expecting.

Unfortunately my experience wasn't great and I cannot confidently order from JL Franklins again. I received three orders of travel mugs (6 mugs each order). For one of the orders the logo was not silver but was tinted blue. I sent a photo of a mug done correctly and of the mug that was tinted blue. Austin said he would take care the problem but ultimately the response was that they would not replace the mugs. He said the blue would eventually wear off with cleaning. I have cleaned the mugs with mulitiple different cleaners without sucessfully removing the blue. I emailed Austin and asked what I could use to remove the blue and he never responded. I will need more mugs but can't confidently order from JL Franklins since 1 of the three orders wasn't done correctly and they won't replace the mugs. My staff who received the mugs with the blue logo have all returned them for a clear silver logo mug. I paid $100 for 6 rejected mugs.

I am very pleased with the t-shirts that I purchased from JL Franklins! They are perfect. I will definitely order from them again!
