While the course work is fine and my two homeschooled sons are doing great, the customer service is trash. One of my sons course work stopped auto unlocking 4 months ago and I have complained multiple times, they do nothing. They manually unlock classes but I have to chat or call them each time to do this. It's a nightmare. I am thankful my kid only has about 6 more credits and we can be done. I am rethinking enrolling my daughter in it when she hits high school. We might go back to their parent company Penn Foster. I can say the customer service and IT issues have made this experience a terrible one.

They failed to tell me about all the…
They failed to tell me about all the programs offered stunting my son’s options for a brighter future. Lol for another online school that is upfront and informative. This was a waste of my sons time

Maybe if you have NO OTHER OPTIONS, but otherwise - KHAN academy is way better
My son took the JMHS Precalc course after taking Russian School of Math Precalc , to advance in his school. The school he goes to required an "accredited program" and didn't trust RSM.
The material is dense and very complete. But there is never any available help, instructors, or guidance. And there is zero customer service. When you call to signup and press #2, for new student, you are immediately routed and impressed. They tell you that you can get help anytime. But you can't, because then you are a registered student and press #1 and it says "there is no one available to take your call" and click, no voicemail. You call back, for weeks, different times, and no one is ever available. Then you try #2, and tell them about this, and they are not surprised, they just route you - because that is how it works. They don't want to answer current students, only new. I am also convinced the grading is AI. My son got a 60 for an exam, with no information - so I reached out, two days to hear back from an instructor. Turns out a page was missing - but they didn't red flag it, they just counted it as an attempt, and graded those answers, totalling 35 points - as a zero. I called many, many times, - you are speaking with someone who is not the instructor, and the instructors are never available and only email. Very suspect. I can't believe this is accredited.

Sucktomer service!!
The school and classes themselves have been fine, but the customer service has been beyond frustrating. Calling for help feels completely pointless. You can spend hours on hold only to get disconnected, never receive a callback, or be given information that later turns out to be incorrect.
For months, I have been trying to make sure my senior was on track to graduate. I called multiple times—at least five separate occasions—to verify his graduation requirements and was repeatedly assured that he was on pace and that additional electives were not needed. Then, just days before his graduation party, when I called to check on the status of his diploma, I was suddenly told that he now needs two additional elective credits in order to graduate.
My biggest question is: why wasn't this discovered during any of the many previous calls and reviews of his records? If these electives were truly required, why was I repeatedly told otherwise? Had I been given accurate information earlier, this could have been addressed months ago.
Instead, after countless hours on the phone and repeated attempts to be proactive, we are now facing a situation where my son may not have his diploma in time for his graduation celebration. As a parent, that is incredibly upsetting. The lack of communication, accountability, and consistency has been unacceptable, and I am deeply disappointed by how this situation has been handled.

LOVE ITTT would 100%
LOVE ITTT I love my teachers I love my class. I love my whole school the I recently made a feedback on a report because I got paused on a hold, which is perfectly normal when you do more than 15 exams, so I made report because I didn’t know how much I did and thought I did less then 15 and I chatted with support they were extremely nice and then they made a report a progress thing on my page or a bunch of pages. I’m not sure if it’s only for me but It showed up on my page today for progress about the feedback and he keeps track of how many exams I do in a week which is extremely awesome. Would 100% recommend the school because when you put feedback help, they actually help you, when you chat with someone for help they actually help you which is absolutely amazing because a lot of schools don’t do this they don’t sometimes help.

STAY AWAY
Definitely not a work at your own pace school as it states! It will lock you out of your account when clearly it should not have. Called support to break down everything to them in elementary language and reminding them how to count, they agree then comes back on phone says they cannot help because the system did it! Every time you call and speak to someone they always say something different. Nobody knows what they are doing here. This has been a horrible experience and I don’t recommend anyone to go through this school, it has been a complete disaster! Would give zero stars if possible!! STAY AWAY!!
