Joel is an excellent instructor who clearly cares passionately about photography and simplifying the craft. Customer service is top-notch, quickly resolving a login/product issue that popped up!

I like the tutorials on this channel very much and Joel helped me improving my photography. Besides that, I have to mention how fast and precise Joel and his team (Chris) are when it comes to troubleshooting concerning the tutorials on the website or other things. Thank you very much for helping and always being kind. Best regards from Germany Thomas

I first purchased my "classes" in 2017 and was time starved so didnt get much of an opportunity to sit and do them. I tried to logon again in Jan 2022, but had a password issue, appears from previous emails that they addressed it back then, did some of the masterclass but once again didnt complete. fast forward to Oct 25, couldnt get any passwords to work. contacted support again and within an hour the issue was resolved. That's what I call lifetime support! Thankyou

Joel Grimes' teaching style is relaxed and informative. The videos are well made and professional. They are easy to pause, watch and rewatch as necessary (I take notes). Customer service is prompt and helpful with any problems, should they arise. I thoroughly recommend these turorials if you want to develop your photography skills.

I was unable to access my account via resetting my password. I contacted customer service and they had me up and running in minutes! As an aside, Joel's tutorials are excellent and I keep coming back for more.
