I have purchased some of Joel's courses…
I have purchased some of Joel's courses before and found them to be very helpful. Purchased two new ones earlier in the month. After having some login problems - which were quickly resolved, the courses didn't appear in my account. I have emailed four times since to advise that the courses aren't in the account but have had no response. I have requested a refund and to cancel the order but, again have not received a response.
