Service advisors never answers phone Extreme lack of professionalism Arbitrary service interval which is half of what BYD has stipulated in the manual

Superb vehicle with hopeless local agent
Vehicle - Fantastic 10/10 After sales service - 2/10 Starting with almost non existent contactability at service hub to broken promises like the app, service workshop at Vauxhall st. for EVs and readily available parts to unreasonable amount of time taken for simple repairs.
