Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re very sorry to hear that you’re disappointed and understand how frustrating it can be when you’re not seeing the results you hoped for. Different partner pharmacies may use slightly different compounded formulations, including the addition of ingredients such as B12, while still following clinical guidelines and quality standards. We understand this can be surprising if you were expecting your medication to look or feel different from a previous order. We also understand how discouraging it can be when you do not see weight loss results right away. Response to GLP-1 medications can vary from person to person and may depend on factors such as dosing, timing, and individual response.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re so glad to hear the ordering and shipping process itself was smooth. We’re very sorry for the frustration you experienced with FedEx. Unfortunately, once the package is in the carrier’s possession, we do have limited control over delivery handling and hold requests. We understand how stressful it can be to track down a time-sensitive medication, especially when instructions are not followed as requested. For future orders, we can certainly make a note requesting a FedEx hold location or alternate delivery preference, although carrier compliance cannot be guaranteed. We truly appreciate you sharing your experience, as feedback like this helps us continue improving the process for our patients.
