Great customer service

I’ve lost 40 pounds with the tirzepatide 12 week injections! I feel great and the process was so easy! Jacob was also very helpful in the process as well! I am about to get another 12 refill and I can’t wait!

My experience with this program has been great so far. Tyler’s customer service has been wonderful, he was very helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns. He was very positive and definitely made me feel reassured that I am on the right path in continuing on with the program. I’m about to place my order for the next 12 weeks.

I’m writing this review specifically for Tyler who was absolutely wonderful in answering all of my questions. Because of him, I just placed another 12 week order! Elevate has been wonderful and their customer service (specifically Tyler) has been awesome to work with and are always there for you!

Very easy company to work with, the doctors and customer service members are always so kind and helpful, they reply back very fast if I ever have questions or need refills on my medications.

I am very pleased with my experience and progress with this company!!!
