No saben explicar bien sobre los…
No saben explicar bien sobre los medicamentos ni las dosis yo tuve que ir a mi doctor para que me ayude para mi experiencia es pésima en al servicio al cliente no hablan español y no veo que les importa como uno sigue o como uno va con la medicación

The wrong dosage was ordered and sent
The wrong dosage was ordered and sent. Resolution was not acceptable, the consultation and documentation showed a level 2 start. But level 1 dosage was sent. There was no accountability for the error and a waste of time and money. The lessers portion set my journey on pause due to the lack of effort. I wish I would’ve been able to received a proper resolution so I can move further with the program and be able to share my success story.

It is unfortunate that I cannot get a phone call and it takes days to get somebody to respond after several attempts.
