My initial appointment was great and we discussed different options. My issue is I received a bill when I was told my insurance was in network and would possibly have a copay. I contacted Aetna and to my surprise they never submitted a claim. I’m trying to understand what’s going on. After reading the reviews it seems like this is an issue with other people as well. I would appreciate a response explaining their billing procedures. I’ve left several messages with no response.

The Dr. was very helpful , she asked questions and explained everything! Told me how and when to take the meds. Always available to answer any questions! And sent the prescription to my pharmacy! They wanted $750 cash to discuss hormones in LA. Midi saved me so much money. A copay of $25 and $15 copays for my hrt :)

I had a scheduled call with the position who showed up 20 minutes late. We talked for 30 minutes and I was charged $250 for not much insight at all. I think this company is way overpriced and way under staffed or at least under financed in the customer service department. I would definitely not recommend it.
