My practitioner has been fantastic since my first appointment over a year ago. She was the first of 4 GYNs who actually listened to me and acknowledged my menopausal symptoms. She was also the first to offer me effective and appropriate treatment options. She has continued to be a sounding board and a wealth of information with other challenges that have come up. She has been supportive and kind throughout.

FINALLY found a healthcare provider who understands and listens!!! I look forward to my healthcare journey now that I have a place to get answers and sound advice.

Easy to make an appointment. Dr is very easy to talk to and ask questions of. I have used Midi as my 2nd opinion and been very pleased so far. I highly recommend their services.

I only gave them 4 stars because they were not able to prescribe all the meds I wanted for the state of AR and rescheduling was several weeks out. Dr brown was great though. Thank You

My insurance was billed incorrectly and I was overcharged the copay. This was for a visit late October and Midi acknowledged the mistake and promised a refund several months ago but no refund has been received. There is no way to directly contact them.

I love that I had it done in the comfort of my home. My questions were answered with understanding and care.

The provider was good and listened and sent me for bloodwork to check some things. However, their customer service apart from the providers is just…apparently non-existent. I have called multiple times (never been able to speak to a human), because I keep getting requests for payment but my bill says insurance isn’t covering it, which it should be. I don’t have a problem paying, but I’ve been trying to get in touch for them to check this first. I have left multiple messages over the last two weeks and have still not received a call or any communication back whatsoever. That feels like a red flag (even if somehow, the result is still that I pay out of pocket, I’d like to speak to a person and get it checked!). Because of this, I will likely be seeking further care elsewhere.

My provider is so kind and supportive. I am feeling good and meeting my health goals.
