Customer service is very responsive. They listen to my needs when I communicate with them. I have always had a fast response, 24 hours or less. As far as the Tir goes, I've had no issues with it. It's full strength and does exactly what it should do. I switched over to Piper just before they became Polly. Since the switch, everything had been great! I've been using them since April of 2026 and I will continue using them. Thank you!

I want to write a review due to all the negative things I saw for this company. I ordered my items before I even read any reviews, so I was very spectacle about the shots even working to begin with. I got approved within hours for compound tirzepatide and my shipment was at my door in less than 3 days. I started my medication in February and so far I’ve lost 30 lbs. this is my first time ever taking some sort of weight-lost medication. I am excited to continue on my journey and will continue to use this company.

People who are complaining about communication may not have taken the time to learn to use the online customer service and features of the website. I was frustrated at first but once I took the time to read the frequently asked questions and learn how to navigate and use their website I realized everything was there and worked well. I just needed to take the time to learn to use it. Customer service online was excellent and answered my questions same day. If you are frustrated make sure and learn to use the website. It is full of good advice and tools to help you succeed. Their online customer service is excellent. I just needed to learn to use it.

I pulled a pair of jeans out of the back of my closet that haven't fit since 2021. They zipped up today with room to spare. I am so happy.

I had a wonderful experience with this company despite the bad reviews from some. I think it’s run by AI, but I always got in touch with customer service and I received my products on time and they were cold. The shipping was always fast too. I signed up for six months and I canceled after my 6 month run I canceled bcuz Im below goal weight. These meds work!! I first tried Sema through this company abs the pharmacy was Halledale which is very, very good. The 6months I just did was Tirz. It was from VialRX pharmacy. The product was great. Like I said, I’m below goal weight now. I did order Zofran from here and only received 30pills with I ordered 45. I emailed the customer service and received the extra 15 and a new bottle of 45. I have had no problems with this company and it will try then again if I need to go back on the meds down the road. Great prices and great products

It has been a super easy experience. I did have a question early on and received a reply in less than 24 hours. The delivery is quick. The price is consistent and I truly appreciate that.

I’ve received nothing but quick, professional service— at one set price and no contracts or additional fees. I have also received guidance and doctor’s supervision. And last, but certainly not least, I’m losing weight without the hunger and food noise! What more could I want?! (Yes, a rhetorical question)
