the communication is extremely good form both the general assistance as well as from the doctor, I have had excellent advice and follow up on a variety of questions including dosage as well as compound elements and the fact that the doctor monitors any dosage changes - from compound to dose level is great. I am impressed with the communication level and interest - i had concerns regarding a pharmacy and they provided immediate follow up even bringing in a senior representative to help with the follow up. I recommend this company for its customer service and understanding and willingness to follow up and assist at all levels
