Well I placed my order on the 26th and still haven't received anything they said 5-8 days and nothing. They say I can't cancel order because its at the pharmacy and has a tracking number, how is that if the order is still there? I had heard good things about this company but my experience hasn't been good.

I ordered two 6-month supplies of terzepitide through them, and they never got my account or my treatment plan set up properly. You can’t speak to anyone by telephone. When I contacted them online to try to fix it, I would get two or three people answering via text and two or three different contacts via email. Communication was terrible. It’s been a very frustrating experience. After a year, I’ve only lost 20 pounds, so it makes me wonder about the quality of the compounding medication, which was legitimately cheaper than most companies offering it. There was basically no customer service as far as I’m concerned, because I never truly got medical advice and never had an established treatment plan that I could view through their portal.

Look up “join piper”, their original name. Clearly just changing a name and pumping it full of fake reviews, nothing has changed about the service or product. Send a message to the doctor? They tell you to talk to support. Send a message to support? Talk to the doctor. Seems super uncoordinated. Not to mention kind of sloppy. I was sent the wrong medication AND wrong dosage. Good thing I caught it because I would have gotten incredibly sick taking the same number of units. Feels like pulling teeth to get answers to simple questions. “You gave me the wrong dose, how much should I take?” shouldn’t be a 48 hour back and forth. Beware of the clearly fake reviews all over this site, if you want to see their real score, just look up their old name. 2 stars because the medication worked, even if it was technically not even the one I was prescribed 😂. I probably wouldn’t even care that much about the mistake if I’d ever actually received decent care / support.

I tried this for 5 months with no weight loss. I had intermittent abdominal cramping which is to be expected. However, never felt like my cravings were curved or suppressed. I exercised daily and was mindful of what I ate. Besides that, things I liked about Polly: They had flexible payment plans through 3rd parties. They made it easy to connect with the provider, change shipment date, and cancel my subscription. Again, the customer service was great. Polly was affordable and had great payment plans. Do i think the medications worked? No. Absolutely not.
