Very bad service... Operation department very unprofessional..

I once missed a very important government notice because it went to my old address and it cause a huge problem for my business. Since switching to this team as my official agent, I've not missed a single deadline and their reliability is just unmatched.

Jorofy has a consistent team of professionals who handle your matter efficiently. I initially had the deal with them for Payoneer account which could not be verified due to missing informations . So, they alternatively made me zyla account with efficient processing and professional handling of my case. Recommended for new customers.

Don't waste your money. Jorofy made big promises before payment, but once they received the money, everything changed. Delays, extra charges for the bank account, no approval, and finally no response at all. Extremely disappointing.

Worst experience ever. Paid for LTD formation and expected professional service, but got delays, hidden charges, and zero support. They couldn't even get the bank account approved and eventually blocked all communication.

Terrible customer service. I paid full payment in the beginning for my LTD company & was promised a free bank account with it, but later they asked for extra payment and still couldn't get the account approved. Sales person stopped responding after taking the money. Very unprofessional.

More than two weeks have passed since my LLC was successfully registered, yet the banking services that were included in my package remain unresolved. I paid for assistance with opening business bank accounts, but both applications were declined without any effective alternative or clear explanation. What is even more concerning is the lack of proactive communication and support after these setbacks. I expected a professional service and timely resolution, but unfortunately, the experience has fallen far short of those expectations.
