Today Mr. Eric Arison and Mrs. Daisy Ortiz assisted me because I had a problem making an online ticket purchase from the Journey Master website. I made the payment for $559.14 for tickets from Costa Rica to New York and after making the payment with my credit card I received a call from Mr. Arison about an error in this purchase because Jetblue supposedly oversold the tickets and they were all already sold out. the airplane seats. I asked for my payment to be refunded and the answer was that it was not possible due to the type of ticket I had purchased. Mr. Arison helped me find another alternative and I had to pay over $300 to resolve the issue. My rating for Mr. Arison is 5 stars but for the Journey Master website that allowed me to be sold something that didn't exist, I give it a rating of 1.

En principio me moleste bastante , al decirme que no me podía ir en el vuelo que compre y pagar más dinero uff que horror , la chica fue muy amable Daysi Ortiz , habla muy rápido el español jaja pero se manejo muy bien , solo cumple órdenes .

Pusieron una oferta flash para la compra de tickets aereos lleno formulario y registro tarjeta para comprar dicho paquete, luego me llaman diciendo que hubo un error y que el paquete caduco que no hay oferta disponible y quieren venderte otro paquete al doble del precio, les digo que quiero devolucion del dinero que ya no recibe el boleto aereo otra cosa me envian dizque confirmacion de reserva y dizque el ticket de vuelo lo enviaran en 12 horas llamo a la aerolinia y mne dicen que no hay reserva a mi nombre y ellos trataron de sacar mas dinero de mi cuenta, todo fue un caos, ahora estoy sin en el dinero y sin el ticket aereo.
