It has made grocery shopping so easy! I am able to pick recipes we will actually eat and have a list. It takes away the mental load of grocery shopping and thinking of new ideas! The recipes are also very friendly for people who are new to cooking!

I’ve been using Jow for a while and honestly it’s made my daily life easier. I don’t have to stress about what to cook anymore because the app gives me ideas and helps me organize everything. I also like that it saves time when shopping and planning. It feels simple, useful and made with care.

UPDATE: The reply message is misleading. The so-called “compensation” you offered was only $10, while I had already earned $31 through time-consuming tasks under your previous reward structure. A $10 coupon does not fairly compensate for a $25+ loss, especially when I followed your system exactly as presented. This isn’t about confusion — it’s about changing the rules after users earned rewards, without warning or honoring what was promised. That’s the definition of a bait-and-switch, and it’s extremely unfair to your users. Review: This app is a scam and a classic bait-and-switch. I earned $31 in rewards by completing tasks, only to wake up and find it slashed to $6 with no warning. Don’t waste your time or effort — everything you earn can disappear overnight without explanation. Total scam. Avoid this app.

I love this app. Its a totally free meal planning app. It adds the ingredients you need for the meals you chose, u can also add or remove items from your cart then just go pick them up from HEB. Also there are a bunch of ways to get discounts so your groceries are even cheaper.

Total game-changer for my daily routine Jow has seriously taken a huge weight off my shoulders when it comes to meal planning. I used to spend so much time stressing about what to cook every day and making grocery lists, but now it’s all just... done for me. The app recommends recipes based on what I like (and what I already have) and then creates a shopping list that actually makes sense. It saved me money, time, and a whole lot of brainpowers. Plus, I’m cooking more at home and wasting way less food. Honestly, it’s one of those apps I didn’t realize I needed until I had it—and now I can’t imagine going without it.
