Effettuati 2 ordini distinti il 15 maggio 2025 e 17 maggio 2025, il secondo e’ pervenuto regolarmente, il primo del 15 Maggio ancora non arrivato; ho sollecitato e mi hanno mandato i riferimenti del tracking del secondo invio che e’ andato a buon fine. Non riesco neppure a capire se hanno compreso che sono 2 ordini diversi!!! Non ho parole. Ad oggi non ho ricevuto quanto pagato. Esigo il rimborso. 14 luglio 2025: dopo aver protestato mi hanno rispedito l’ordine e il pacco e’ arrivato oggi. Sono stati seri.Grazie

Ciao RENATO, mi dispiace. Di solito, riusciamo a spedire il pacco al cliente in tempo. E operiamo in questo settore da molti anni. Fidati di noi. Spediamo molti pacchi ogni giorno, e possono verificarsi situazioni diverse, come ad esempio il secondo arrivato ma il primo no. Ma non preoccuparti, aspetta ancora qualche giorno e arriverà.
