Good trompoline

Jumpflex is just a joy to work with. Product is solid, well built, and exceeds any safety concerns I could even imagine. We had an issue with a strap after a few years of use and having our trampoline outside in rain/snow/sleet/storms/heat that you find in Wisconsin which ranges from below zero to 100+ degrees. Contacted support and they responded super fast, confirmed what was needed, and sent it out immediately. I was overwhelmed with how awesome that was. You don't find customer service like that anymore. Will only buy Jumpflex if I ever need to get another trampoline and encourage anyone who wants a solid, safe, and enjoyable product that they make to buy from them.

Big 15 by 15 - high quality - nice color - for small family - right price - better then most trampoline I see near by - it’s springs look very strong - bought over head pad - hoop - and steps - bought anchors but have not used it. Took 3 guys to install

Great customer service and great products. Bought the 12" trampoline and it was straight forward to set up (need 2 people) and high quality. We did have an issue with our anchor kit only have 3 straps and not 4 and within 10 minutes of me emailing them with this concern, they had processed a new kit to be sent out. My family loves it and would highly recommend.

This trampoline is by far the best and most sturdy. If you are having doubts about buying it, don’t. You will love it. We were debating getting one at other stores, but the reviews here were by far the best. So glad we went with jumpflex. No regrets!!
