So far it has been great
So far it has been great. The top cover is not what we were expecting though. It’s awfully small for the 15 foot trampoline.

Fast Shipping
Shipping is was way faster than they said. I ordered the trampoline on Sunday and I received it Tuesday morning. I was expecting Friday or the following Monday!

Had an issue with my frame which is under a year year warranty. I called up, emailed the requested pictures, zero hassle and part was sent it immediately.

The trampoline is great and well made
The trampoline is great and well made. Fairly easy to put together. I ordered the anchor set and no straps were included - still waiting to hear from customer service. Also, the spring tool has a very small/thin grip and for people with big hands, makes it hard to hold and digs into fingers. Otherwise, great product. Little on expensive side but worth it.
