Great product
Great product, which was damaged in a wind-storm - no fault of Jumpflex. Their replacement parts were easy to order, affordable, and quick shipping. Love it!

Great trampoline
Great trampoline! I was missing a spring and customer service responded quickly to send out a replacement. I ordered the sun-shade as well which makes me feel even better because trampolines can get hot sitting in the sun all day.

good customer service
Had a warranty issue and it was quickly resolved. So far the boys the have enjoyed the product. Hope that the replacement piece last longer this time.

My Grandchildren love it!
My Grandchildren love it! They are 9 and 3. They have had such fun on it with their cousins. Even the adults are having fun with it. It is the safest and best built trampoline I have ever purchased!

Ordering my family our new trampoline…
Ordering my family our new trampoline was easy, shipping was fast and accurate. The 14’ is amazing and the kids love it. Equipment is sturdy and assembled easily with 2. Looking forward to the fun for the next couple years to come.
