This trampoline has been great for our family. Our kids love going out everyday. We’ve been able to jump. All of our family comes over. It has been so fun and a great way to bring the family together.

We purchased a 14’ trampoline from Jumpzyllas website in May of 2025. I spent a great deal of time reviewing trampoline brands. Jumpzylla was a splurge for our family but we felt it would be worth it based on positive reviews and a part replacements program. Well this past week we had unexpected winds come thru our area. We had our trampoline securely anchor and strapped into the ground. The winds tore the anchors out of the rock hard frozen SD ground and snapped the straps. Our trampoline rolled over and bent the net bars and one piece of the frame. Could easily be replaced right? I spent multiple days waiting on replies only to be told the damage is too extensive and we should purchase an entirely new trampoline and that they don’t offer replacement parts for purchase. I could purchase off brand replacement bars on Amazon but not the single frame piece. The frame is literally a curved piece that snaps in - it’s not even a piece with the leg attachment. Every other part of the trampoline is in perfect condition still. I DO NOT recommend this company to any family considering splurging. Look into the many brands that offer replacement pieces and purchase from them instead.

Overall, the trampoline has been a good play addition to our family life. We were, however, surprised by the lower quality of the netting clips, the spring covers, and the foam tubing. They are easily breakable, and do not stay in place.

Fast shipping, easy assembly, solid build. Bought in the winter time so didn’t get a lot of use but has stayed in excellent condition through the snow and wind

First, directions of assembly were clear. Easy to assemble. I even did it solo essentially with the kids helping me a bit. Second, The kids love it and so do their friends. Third, This was way less money than many other brands and it appears to be super-solidly built and not rickety at all.

Received very good quality and well built, trampoline with all safety features intact. Upon needing some repair pieces, it was covered under warranty, and I received replacement parts promptly. Cannot say enough about how much I would recommend Jumpzylla!

The experience was very smooth. The website was informative and the reviews from other customers made buying this for our 4 grandchildren an easy choice. It was delivered on time which was important as it was a Christmas gift. My husband and son put it together after the kids were in bed and it was such a treat to see them running out the back door screaming with excitement. It’s only been a couple months but it’s used daily and holding up great so far! Thanks Jumpzylla!!

Our experience with Jumpyzylla has been top notch. First with purchasing- great price and fast shipping. Every part of it was easy. Next, assembly was easy and the directions were easy to follow. Lastly this trampoline is great quality and my kiddos jump on it everyday! We unfortunately had wind damage a week after getting it as a Christmas present, their customer service was stellar and worked with us to get replacement parts. We got the trampoline put back together and have used it daily since then. It’s a great company and great trampoline!
