Took 18 days to get it and its not even a good hoodie, I order the y2k stary zip up hoodie, but its polyester and it doesn't even look good very disappointing i was excited too

Buyer Beware!! I received the wrong item and contacted them and they refused to send me the correct item or give me a refund.

They have terrible customer service and when they don’t want to deal with you, they just refund your money and move on for being a small business. They really don’t go out of their way for anyone like their website says.

I ordered 2 labubu and never got them

I ordered a Labubu from them paying full Labubu price and it’s a knockoff, it’s not even real!!! It also took 20 days to arrive and the warehouse is roughly 2 hours tops away. If I could give them zero stars I would. My advice to anyone out there thinking of ordering from them, don’t.

They don’t respond to any email I’ve sent (I’ve sent 3). I ordered an item on January 30,2025 and haven’t had anything show up and it’s March 2nd. Don’t do it. Do NOT buy from them.

I ordered a pretty "light"...it was a street light at night with snow coming down....sort of a snow globe affect only tall and flat. I ordered over 3 weeks ago and have not received it....tracking # says awaiting info and it hasn't even been shipped as far as I can tell....and NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM !!! I paid them in good faith but this looks like I may have been scamed.....

Got a jacket from them and it was not close to as advertised, cheap quality, and it just looks terrible.
