I paid over $200 for roman shades that looked like $30 shades. The sample I based my purchase off of did not give me the feeling I would get this kind of poor quality. Since they have no return policy and you have to pay extra to be allowed to exchange, I am stuck with shades that I hate. The margins on things like this are very high to begin with; they can afford to eat some mistakes to get future business. A limited quantity return policy (like many other blinds websites) would be the only way I would ever buy anything from this website again.
