EDIT: The comment below was written after signing up and having received the promise that our German phone number would be provided within "24-48 hours". After waiting for over a week and multiple follow-ups from our side, we still haven't received an ETA. I know, there is little JustCall can do, but the further handling of our inquiries shattered our trust a bit, so we looked for other options (there was also another ticket that was only resolved after a week in regards to GDPR compliance). A different provider could issue us a German phone number within 20 minutes. Absolutely amazing! We have been looking for a cloud phone integration that connects seamlessly with Help Scout and had 3 tools in our shortlist. The reason we went with JustCall is their amazing service. We had a few questions before committing to them as well as some requests right after we signed up and every single query was answered with a high level of professionalism and speed. We feel like we made the right decision and are happy to recommend JustCall to anyone looking for a reliable phone integration for their business.
