Very pleasant experience

Even though there were some minor issues the pilot did everything he could to make it a very pleasant flight.

Just Landed Jets' service was excellent. Everything went smooth from start to finish. Very professional and dependable. Would definitely use them again.

The most valuable aspect of dealing with Just Landed was their understanding of our situation and willingness to go through numerous possibilities, knowing we may never be able to book. In the end the advice they gave on booking timing and approach was very solid and made our travel seamless and worry free.

Professional and friendly flight crews. 100% on time, immaculate aircraft, all around great experience. Very dependable company. Pilots were also seasoned and highly experienced and not brand new to the aviation industry. We will book with Just Landed Jets again.

The return jet did not have WiFi and was not as comfortable as the first jet.. It also did not have enough fuel so we had to refuel in Fla. that took an extra 40 minutes. The staff was very freindly.

Lindsey and the entire trip support team were amazing as well as our two pilots. The trip was smooth and we couldn’t have been more pleased. As a side note, I received several quotes from multiple aviation companies and their prices were comparable, if not better. Thank you for getting our family safely to and from our Family celebration!
