Unfortunately, the wetsuit purchased was a clearance suit marked as such with a return option as exchange only, no refund, as identified on the website in multiple locations. As explained, sending it back was an option with store credit for 1 year to purchase something else. I am always happy to discuss sizing and fit recommendations prior to any purchase. I hope you find something that works for you.

I am terribly sorry to hear you were disappointed with your wetsuit purchase. Orca, as well as all manufacturers, only change their models of wetsuits every few years. Orca specifically changed their Alpha model in 2016. The 2017 model is the same exact suit, labeled for the current year but still the exact same suit. Orca does this, and as an authorized dealer of their products, Just Wetsuits, follows these procedures. Please feel free to reach out to Orca directly should you have any questions about this practice. Our computer system did not update the year for our auto-generated emails upon purchase which caused confusion. We have since remedied that issue. The wetsuit you received comes directly from the manufacturer to our warehouse and is then shipped to the customer. We do not resell any items that have been returned to us used. All wetsuits sold are packaged by the manufacturer. We would appreciate any feedback on how we can make it right for you. The product was returned to us and a refund was issued.
