Been trying to get a hold of someone to get a status on my order. No one ever answers the call or email on website. I'm not happy with the lack of customer service.

I purchased a Groupon for the engraved…
I purchased a Groupon for the engraved bags. Wording on Groupon said laser but the pic showed differently. When I received the bags I was not happy.. after contacting the company who actually made the bags, they went above and beyond to correct the issue and sent me the correct bags with beautiful engraving. I love them !! Thank you for all uoir help! !!
