I am extremely disappointed with Kakobuy's customer service. My package arrived incomplete – one of the items was completely missing. When I contacted support to resolve this issue and lodge a complaint, they flat out refused to help me. Their excuse was that I didn't purchase optional shipping insurance. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. As an agent, Kakobuy is responsible for ensuring that the contents of the package are securely dispatched and delivered. Shifting 100% of the blame onto the customer for a missing item is just a cheap way to avoid taking responsibility. I have already informed my payment provider about this incomplete delivery. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Kakobuy and choose more reliable agents who actually care about their customers when something goes wrong during transit. I will not update or remove this review until Kakobuy acts professionally and issues a full refund for my missing item.
