Like many other reviewers, I've tried to cancel my subscription and this company is making it impossible to do so. They continued to charge me last time and since then I've asked my bank to block any future payments. I tried cancelling again, with no luck. I dread the time of their renewal.

This is a scam and fraudulent provider! I have been trying to cancel my plan for months! They keep extending it for free even after you deny it!

If I could give zero stars I would. Stay away from this company! They do not have an option to cancel your subscription. I emailed them to cancel 3 times and they still have not. They keep billing me. You will need to be issued a new credit card to stop them from charging you!!

This company is 100% a scam. Charges are non-refundable for any reason, but the most criminal element being it is literally impossible to cancel services. Nowhere on the subscription pages is there any option to cancel or prevent recurring charges. I finally had to contact my bank to block transactions from this company. Not even sure its legal to provide no cancellation options for subscriptions in the US, but I believe they operate out of the Far East exempt from US regulations and laws.

I’ve been with Kami for nearly 8 years now and at first it was great but every year the prices are going more than even the competitors. I’ve tried to cancel and they lure you in with an offer and you stay but the service is full of ads now and doesn’t work how it should. I complained and it’s just a bot reply. You open an enquiry and they close it before it’s resolved. I asked the bot to turn off auto renewal but it’s still live. I’ve contacted customer service again and no reply. My next stop is trying to contact PayPal and stop any future collections. I would not recommend this service at all.

I really wouldn’t give them any stars! Their service is really bad! To cancel a subscription is impossible! I will not recommend this company to anyone! Please stay away!
