Great company with a helpful customer service.

This company is so annoying and advise anyone that wants value for money to stay away. I sold £1000 to Naira, After successful transaction. Naira is yet to be credited and customer service claims the system has not recognise my transfer? Is the beneficiary dead ? I paid a human being and yet I have been left hanging like Binance P2P where there is an appeal and your left alone to go sort out your issues. What exactly is happening to payment solutions with bad customer service...
