KaseyaReviews of kaseya.com

It is great to work together with Kaseya on building our MSP. Their software platform and commitment to partner success really helped us for building our services towards our end customers. For years Jasper Drummen has helped ut with shaping our refreshing business model which is really future-proof. Also we really like the kaseya events.

Kaseya’s Autotask, IT Glue, and Datto RMM are essential to how we run our operations at Onited. Our entire operational business relies on this platform, and the strong account management support now and in the past keeps us informed, challenged, and actively involved in every step. A true partnership that helps us stay ahead.

Kaif is an exceptional account manager for Kaseya. He consistently keeps our business updated on the latest news and product releases, which is critical for our strategic planning. Every service and solution we utilise from Kaseya has been outstanding and perfectly aligned with our business needs.

I've used Kaseya and Datto many time over the years and have just onboarded a new business, Arc IT Business Solutions. The process has been very smooth and the support excellent. Looking forward to growing together in the years ahead.

We've found Kaseya's ability to manage such a large part of our technology stack to be a real advantage for our business. Having so many key tools under one platform has helped improve efficiency, simplify management, and reduce the time spent working across multiple systems. A particular highlight has been the support from our account manager, who is always approachable, responsive, and genuinely on our side. It's reassuring to have someone who understands our business, listens to our feedback, and works with us to get the best value from the platform. Overall, Kaseya has helped us streamline operations and improve efficiency across our MSP business.

Great service from Donal our Account Manager. Great products on offer. All in all a great fit for our needs. Highly recommended!

My initial experience with Kaseya was, frankly, terrible, and that is probably an understatement. At the start, I felt contracts were designed to catch you out, promises were made around products that simply didn’t work as expected, and I honestly reached a point where I felt Kaseya could have seriously damaged, if not nearly closed, my business due to products being shut off during a genuine billing query. However, what a difference since then. I have to give a huge shoutout to Jonny McKeon, who originally stuck his neck out and saved the relationship. From that point onwards, the experience has genuinely transformed. Kaseya now feels like a very engaged organisation that listens, supports its partners, and wants them to succeed. It is a partnership filled with great people who go out of their way to give MSPs the tools, guidance, and support needed to excel. My Account Manager, Emily Carpenter, has been superb and is always there when I need support. The MSP Success team has also been outstanding, Greg Jones and Olly Mackley deserve a special mention. Olly originally twisted my arm to try MSP Success, and I am glad he did. On multiple occasions, he has jumped on calls to talk through situations and share first-hand experience from running his own MSP, which has been genuinely valuable. Greg is just a huge enabler, goes out of his way to keep MSP's driving forward. The MDF funds have also been a brilliant bonus, supporting us with campaigns and helping us drive growth. Are all the products perfect? No, but no ecosystem is. What matters to me is that I now have a connected platform that is developing, backed by a partner that listens, engages, and enables us to move forward. Kaseya has gone from being one of my biggest frustrations to becoming a partner I genuinely value.
