I had a great experience with KAS as a candidate. Easily the best experience I've ever had with recruiters. It's clear they really LISTEN to both clients and candidates, to make a great match - when I first interviewed with their client, it was almost surprising how well my skills, experience, the role, and even our general vibes were aligned. They are also communicative, responsive, on top of it, kind, and (most importantly yet sadly, most rarely) respectful toward candidates. So, to any employers out there: KAS will make you look GOOD to candidates. Any company that chooses to work with the KAS Placement pros is a company I'll inherently respect more. Simply by virtue of their candidate experience. When it comes to your hiring efforts, don't settle for less. Don't cut corners. Hire them.
