The service was good. They could be a bit faster in getting the packages to the shipping company. Mine sat there for a few days before it was in the UPS system. But they are good otherwise.

I absolutely love KB3D, mainly because I also live in ohio haha, so packages come within a day. That is amazing for small printer emergencies. I have never had a single bad experience with them and I will continue to buy from them in the future. They have every single little piece or part you would need for 3d printing, especially hard to find Voron parts, which is a huge plus, and very fair prices.

This is a follow up from an earlier review. KB3D quickly reached out and replaced the fastener set and paid the return shipping. Now that's the kind of folks you want to buy from!
