Whenever I need parts I buy from this store because the owners answer emails promptly and give great advise. I am willing to pay a little extra for this TLC. You can tell they care. The thing that stands out to me is the way they carefully pack the orders. They actually leave a hand-written note thanking you for your order and they include candy!

Great service and helped me out right before the weekend. I called Jonah in the middle of the day looking to get parts out the same day overnight. He was more than happy to help me out. Great experience and Johan and Partsbuilt 3d saved the day. Will buy from them again.

I just want to thank you so much for the quick product ship and amazing customer service. Maybe I should of read the website a little more clearly but when I purchased the extruder head assembly, I wasnt under the impression id also be receiving a new print nozzle (0.4 size, conveniently the size I needed to replace), bag of jelly beans and a sticker! Its just the little things that build to a wonderful customer experience, so thank you for all that you and your team do!!

My order was way back in February but still. I mistyped my address on my order and Jonah made an awesome effort to reach out and get it corrected to make sure I got my part. Thanks Jonah!

Once we resolved a problem with MY email (Had to switch to my other account) information swiftly was exchanged and the goods arrived by the end of the week. Good communications... Good service and it works.

Awesome service. Needed a part that was missing on Christmas morning, few days later on my doorstep. Very responsive on the phone and they saved Christmas for my son. Definitely shopping on this site in the future.

Reached out as a shot in the dark looking for a part for my 9 year old's printer after struggling to get a response from the manufacturer. The part is on backorder everywhere I can find to look. Partsbuilt went above and beyond to assist, and sent the part from one of their models. Saved the day!
