I ordered a Joy stick for my chair. I did not read the description and ended up ordering the wrong one. KD's representative was very understanding and shipped the correct one that day and I received it 2 days later. I have been very satisfied with the chair and the service from KD.

The chair is great! And it’s not that heavy

Customer service was fantastic. Needed a replacement of my joystick and in two days I had it all the way from Florida up to canada

I bought smartchair in the philippines 9 months ago from far east medical equipment and supply. It broke down and the technician told me the charger and the battery are damaged. Where can I buy the damaged spare parts so I can replace it. Pls help me. Thanks for your immediate reply.
