I called in to see if the KB had extra parts or was I broke something on the K BAR AND I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY TOLD ME I HAD LIFETIME WARRANTY ON IT. I DIDN’T KNOW THAT WHEN I BROUGHT THAT 10 YEARS AGO, I’M THRILLED THAT THEY ACTUALLY SENT ME BACK TO WORK AGAIN. I HAVE TO SAY HANDS-DOWN ONE OF THE BEST PROCESSES TO GET SOMETHING DONE WITH ANYBODY, BUT YOU GUYS MADE IT SO SIMPLE. I REALLY APPRECIATE IT A LOT FOR EVERYTHING YOU GUYS DO.

Benjamin was attentive and communicated openly and in a timely manner. Delivery was prompt and the packaging was sound as the products were not damaged in transit. The trainer contacted us and was flexible with scheduling around the shops schedule.
