QUIERO COMPARTIR MI EXPERIENCIA CON KEDMA Y SUS PRÁCTICAS DE VENTA
Decidí hacer pública mi experiencia porque considero importante que otras personas sepan lo que puede ocurrir antes de entrar a una demostración o aceptar una muestra de productos.
El 23 de septiembre fui abordada en Kedma Santa Fe con el ofrecimiento de una muestra de crema. Normalmente no acepto este tipo de invitaciones, pero ese día estaba buscando un sérum y accedí.
A partir de ahí comenzó un proceso de venta que fue escalando progresivamente.
Primero me mostraron un producto para los ojos. Después realizaron una demostración y limpieza en mi rostro. Posteriormente fueron incorporando más productos, promociones, descuentos y ofrecimientos.
Lo que comenzó con una muestra terminó en una propuesta que me presentaron con un valor aproximado de $220,000 MXN, que finalmente quedó en $165,000 MXN, incluyendo diversos productos, un dispositivo y artículos presentados como regalos.
Lo que cuestiono públicamente es la práctica comercial que experimenté que es muy cuestionable.
En mi caso, la venta comenzó con algo tan sencillo como aceptar una muestra y fue aumentando gradualmente mediante demostraciones, incorporación de productos, descuentos y nuevas ofertas hasta llegar a una operación de $165,000 MXN.
Personalmente, considero abusiva y excesivamente agresiva una dinámica comercial de esta naturaleza para vender productos de un importe tan elevado.
Después de investigar mi situación, además encontré en internet comentarios de otras personas que describen experiencias que considero similares. Cada persona deberá valorar esos testimonios por sí misma.
Por eso decidí hacer pública mi experiencia.
Si alguien entra a Kedma o recibe una oferta similar, mi recomendación es: corrran y salgan del establecimiento
Comparto esto porque, si mi experiencia puede evitar que otra persona caiga en esta situacion.
