I request a refund of money that I left, I have not received nor do I want to receive products in exchange. I explained to the promoter my situation that I went through, requesting that they return that resource to cover other needs and emergencies that I have. Help please!

My package never arrived. I am out quite a bit of money, Fedex says I am liable as there was no signature required and they won't tell me where they delivered my package other than it went to a town I don't live in. Kedma hasn't been able to obtain any information to help me in over a month since I should have received my package. I won't be buying here again.

Los vendedores de las tiendas Kedma son muy astutos y saben cómo tratarte para que compres. En mi primer visita salí con un aparato y unas cremas, sospechas un poco el cómo un aparato que dicen es muy caro y unas cremas igual de caras las puedan rebajar a menos del 50%, pero igual compré porque al inicio no sonaba tan mal. Con la compra te ofrecen sesiones de masajes faciales gratis. Fui al primer masaje y entonces te embaucan con otro aparato y más cremas a un súper precio. En los masajes quedas tan maravilloso que lo quieres todo! En el segundo masaje, me atendió alguien diferente sin dar seguimiento a mi tratamiento y con la única intensión de hacer que comprara otro aparato de un costo casi como el de un auto (que por cierto, encontré en menos de 10,000 pesos en internet) y más cremas y me ofrecieron más masajes y producto ilimitado (eso sí, sin firmar estos compromisos en ningún papel). Definitivo la experiencia se vuelve acosadora y muy desagradable. Además te dicen que sus aparatos son Suizos, buscando en internet, NO lo son, pareciera son de US peeeeeeeero para ser tan costosos como son tienen una pésima calidad en los botones así es que ahora dudo que sean originales. Y más cuando los encuentras en internet a un precio muy pero muy inferior así es que sólo es un fraude y una estafa. Tengan cuidado!!!! Si compran algo, que sean sus cremas NO sus aparatos y vayan firmes para no dejarse embaucar por estos estafadores.

Ordered the Vanilla Ultimate Hygiene kit. Items were poorly packaged, the Dead Sea Water became damaged and leaked through the entire box causing sticky popcorn residue to be every where, including all over the Lavender scrub that I did not order but was sent, without any notice or option, to me instead of the Vanilla scrub. Very disappointed in the experience. This was meant to be a Christmas gift to my Military significant other who is stationed over seas. Guess this experience sums up this year. A mess.
