Uploading photo is real problem, so I think you should consider other options.

It is so easy to use and quick response
I found this method of visa application the easiest way to go. No shipping your passport to an embassy and hoping to get it back before you scheduled to leave on your trip. It is much easier than trying to get a new passport in the US.

Straight Forward
I was very impressed with the process and I am a great fan of anything that helps to increase security within Kenya. The questionnaire is fairly straightforward and doesn't allow you to move onto the next stage until the documentation is complete. There is quite a lot of information required and it would be hard to do this if you want at a computer. However, if you're just prepared, have copies of passports and photographs then it is very easy. The turnaround time was also very impressive. Thank you
