I have been using K&F concept products for a while, and they provide great products at low prices. I had a bad experience with a tripod I bought, which broke due to a defect but K&F support was quick to help me out by offering a replacement or a refund. Overall, a positive experience.

El trípode se siente robusto y soporta bien el peso de un móvil grande como un Samsung S25 Ultra. Para abrir el tripode has de hacerlo con calma puesto que primero has de aflojar la tuerca color naranja grande, pero una vez hecho esto el trípode se abre fácilmente. En cuanto al mando bluetooth, tuvimos muchos problemas con el mando que venía inicialmente porqué no funcionaba, pero la empresa K&F Concept mediante su equipo de atención al cliente nos envió uno nuevo sin coste. El segundo si funcionaba correctamente, y aunque inicialmente no hacía las fotos, el problema no era del mando, sino de la configuración del teléfono. Las teclas de volumen las tenía configuradas para aumentar o disminuir zoom y eso era lo que hacía el mando, aumentar zoom. Cambie la configuración y el mando funciona correctamente. Como detalle de mejora, añadiría en la caja unas instrucciones con más detalle para la apertura del trípode y para la configuración del mando. El producto es bueno y la empresa responde. Lo recomiendo como trípode para interiores o lugares con poco viento.

I bought four K&F adapter rings to connect my old manual lenses to my Sony camera. The adapter rings are well made. One of them had a small problem, but after contacting the manufacturer's customer service, they quickly mailed me a new one. I will continue to buy K&F adapter rings in the future.

Purchased a double battery and charger ( LP-E6P ). Item arrived quickly and well packaged. On initial charging one battery appeared/was faulty, so I contacted K&F Support. After a brief conversation with photos and a video to show issue, a replacement battery was posted out. Battery arrived and tested OK. Fantastic service from K&F. Great item, great price and great service from K&F.
