K&F CONCEPTReviews of kfconcept.com

Just received my tripod and I am very satisfied with the product. Lighter and more compact than my old tripod. No issues whatsoever. Lots of discount and cheaper buying on their site. I opted for free delivery but was received earlier than expected. Had a little issue with the delivery address but customer service was very helpful to resolve right away. Will buy more of your products soon.

The goods were shipped promptly and well packed. This would’ve got four stars by itself. What got them the fifth star was this: Shortly after I completed the purchase, I got an email with the invoice. I didn’t read this in detail until a day later by which time the order was flagged as “shipping“, meaning that it been packed and might have been already dispatched when I read the invoice, I noticed that I had ordered the wrong size for one of the two items that I wanted. A short sequence of email messages later and they had found my packed but not yet dispatched items and swapped out the poorly ordered one for the one I wanted. All with no apparent delay in delivery time. Totally happy with this service.

All my lens filters, mu backpack and my tripod are from K&F It's the company I go when I need pretty much any photographic accessories! Highly recommended it!

I have had a few K&F Concept items for a while now and for the price point they are exceptional. I love how adjustable my tripod is and the fact you can convert one of the legs to a monopod is a fantastic feature. It's sturdy and very robust. I also have the K&F 10 Stop Square Filter and there is no degrading of image quality using it, it's a superb piece of glass. Whenever I am looking for camera accessories my first stop is always K&F as I am impressed by the quality, price and also their aftersales service. If you use the contact form on their website they actually respond within hours. I can't recommend them highly enough.

They responded very fast in my problem with an ef to rf mount autofocus adapter and they sent me a new one, as my adapter was faulty. 5 stars for the communication and the after sales service !!!
