My box was mangled when it arrived. I haven't opened it yet because I can't find anyone to help me install.

I was originally sent a set of floormats, selected by using my VIN. Unfortunately, the ones sent were not correct. After some discussion with the company, they agreed to refund my payment since the fault was with Kia's inventory management. Kudos to Clint for assisting me with this matter.

Factory parts and quick shipping.

Easy to get a quote and order some of the pieces I needed. Some items were too expensive and I ended up ordering from a company that sells authentic Kia parts way cheaper online. And it would be great if the Parts area was open for longer hours like the rest of the company - I did have to go more than once because they were closed the first time, although the dealer and the service area were open and Google didn't specify they had different hours so it showed as open. That said the person at the service desk was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
