I just have to say that I am very impressed by the customer service from Kibo Pay. I called the general service number about a concern I was having and felt ok with the resolution. But, it was the follow up I got from Martin that really showed the impressive level of customer service this company has. Martin is the rep I worked with during my initial set-up. Martin emailed me and said that he saw notes about my concern and he was able to offer an alternate resolution that really exceeded my expectations! This level of customer service is rare these days. Martin went above and beyond by contacting me. Kibo Pay really cares about their customers!

If you are in the need of a credit card company, Kibo pay is where you need to go. These guys stay in contact with you. If you have a problem, they almost resolve it immediately if not immediately, it will get resolved. They won’t stop until it’s fixed and the best part for a business accepting credit cards is that the fee is charged to the customer and not the business anymore you get all your money you have earned. Love love love this company.

Kibo Pay company has been great to work with. I changed to Kibo Pay about 5 years ago with Maria Khapayeva and I have never regretted it. The customer service is excellent. When I have had a need to contact customer service for any issue, I have always been given satisfaction and assistance to resolve an issue. I spoke with Mike Klimczak today and he was able to help me, very kind, knowledgeable and professional.
