We love the products; faucets, grab bars, & towel rings. Also high praise for Jasmin Magana who I interfaced with on all the products. She is an outstanding asset for Kingston. Also Rosalyn Brooks who handled an issue that required a return and replace.

I received the parts I needed, that was no problem, but I asked several times if there was a special tool or wrench to remove the faucet cylinders, which was never answered. I figured out that I needed a very deep socket, I eventually found them but I had to buy 2 different sets to find the one that would fit. It would have saved me lots of time if Kingston just said you need this tool, this size.

We recently remodeled our home and - with our designer and plumbing contractor - selected several Kingston Brass products to complete the work. This included a pedestal sink, matching p-traps to match our finish metals, and accessories. The ordering, buying and receiving process was easy. The products are top quality. Would recommend.
