The overall quality is disappointing. The product feels downsized and cheap. The elements in the handles keep coming loose and need tightening frequently. Most importantly, the piece is too short and barely covers the holes in the countertop from the previous faucet. Very disappointed.

Would have been a 5 except $45 price which was understandable, with a $20 shipping charge ( in a 5” square box) ?

The replacement parts for my Kingston faucet worked perfectly.

Good faucet suppliers send you replacement parts. Who keeps their receipts 10 years? Then you charge exorbitant prices for the replacements plus shipping. You might as well replace the Kinston faucet

Never ever buy a Kingston Brass kitchen faucet. They look nice, but they fall apart. My faucet fell apart in this order: Sprayer Left handle Right handle Spout I have ordered replacement parts each time. Not one of the parts were perfect replacements. I regret my purchase.
