KitchnReviews of kitchn.shop

I ordered golden ginger ale. They delivered regular ginger ale. Their phone number is for a different business. They should get zero stars. Citi credit card would not refund my money because of the lies they told and my Citi Card is useless.

I was gonna rate good git first2 boxes correct sent the last one with Stupid crap not even what I ordered won't respond

I've basically had the exact same experience that everyone else has had! ZERO COMMUNICATION!!! No answers to emails, voice messages that I left, and the USPS tracking displays a history of my order (4 cans of pastry filling) going back and forth between PA and NYC for over TEN DAYS!! Fortunately, PayPal issued a refund immediately. BBB has 85 COMPLAINTS! I usually do my homework, but I just didn't, this time. Needless to say, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH KITCH'N LLC!!!

Ordered some sodas and candy, never arrived. Tried to dispute with my credit card, denied.. I've tried emailing them many time, no answers. Can't call.. Absolut scam of a "company".. they literally robbed me.

Missing items in order, multiple emails and phone calls, ZERO! response from the seller. Customer Service is NON-EXISTENT! Phone response is automatically 'pushed' to voicemail, you'll never speak to a person. It amazes me this place is even in business, since I highly doubt there are any repeat customers. Like most, I bought from them, but will NEVER EVER buy from them again, period. Sadly (like most) I checked the reviews after the purchase. I'm not going to hold my breath, but IF they respond and correct my order, I'll update. For now I am done with this place.

No response from kitch'n.shop to my voicemail and email mssages over a 3 week period. Only partial order received and food packages were damaged. Save yourself the money, frustration and aggravation. Zero customer service.

If i could give less than 1 star I would. As others mentioned I placed an order in April because we were desperately looking for caramel dips for Teacher Appreciation week. I called and emailed to make sure they would be delivered on time. Never got an answer via phone or email. I ended up filing a dispute with my payment because I got no answer and had to order from somewhere else. I even emailed saying to cancel to order. Still no answers from them. I eventually get emails saying the caramels have shipped almost 3 weeks after ordering (1 week after i needed them). I have submitted a return request 4 times and the next day I keep going back and the request is no longer there. HORRIBLE NEVER ORDER HERE

I ordered three bottles of marinade from this site. Absolutely no tracking number. Called their customer service number. No one ever answers. No deliver time or date. Thank goodness my bank worked with me on this one. Three weeks later, still no more information. DO NOT TRUST.
