My two cats love the flavour of the supplement and their fur is so much softer than before treatment. I have found only one spit up since adding the supplement, so I’m assuming that it is working as intended. What a relief!

Within 3 days of starting our cats on the product I saw a marked decrease in vomiting. Now after 2 weeks I’m seeing no episodes of vomiting and the 2 older cats, 15 years old are playing with the kittens again.

DO NOT PURCHASE - this is a scam!!!!! There is no where you can cancel their fake ass subscription and they charge you every month. I still cannot cancel it - this is the third month and I have been told they cancelled it for me which they did not because they have tried to charge me again!!! The product takes over 5 weeks to get to you!!! They promise they have done things over and over and never do it- I cannot access to cancel this and they keep lying to me. Very pissed at this company atm!!!!!

You should always have clear access to manage your subscription and confidence that once it’s canceled, no further billing attempts will happen. SCAMMERS! Cats won’t touch this product. Refuse to eat anything with even a trace on it. The company sent me a double shipment. Then sent me the same shipment a week later. $160 total. I tried contacting them upon receiving the email about the second order. They shipped the order, waited two days, and scammed my credit card for another payment before cancelling “all future orders”.

If your cats wouldn’t take to the product and you then received multiple shipments and charges within such a short timeframe, that’s understandably upsetting. To clarify, once an order moves into processing it may still ship even if cancellation is requested close to that timing—but repeated shipments and billing after you reached out should have been handled much more clearly from our side. ordered from them arrived and inspected return address. it comes back to a storage facility in colton ca. they do not know who abby adkins is. kittysupps has not returned my request to know more about the shipping location and why this is the way it came BE AWARE! Would not trust the product to be given to cats or anyone we have started a charge back and so far kitty supps has not responded the card company said today. we started the claim on the 5th of jan

Never received first shipment. Communication with company was inadequate. Mostly automated promotional emails. No resolution to issue with delivery issues and no response to request fo refund. Supplements are very expensive and I never received mine so I don’t know if they work.

Not receiving your first shipment and then not getting a clear resolution or response to your refund request isn’t how this should have been handled. Once a shipment is in transit it’s handled by the courier, but there should still be proper follow-up and communication from our side, especially when an order hasn’t arrived.
