Average, but the shipping costs are ridiculous and the website Ui sucks a bunch, they need to update it.

Some Parts Prices are Skyrocketing at Kleen-rite
I’ve been a Kleen-Rite customer for a very long time. Some of the extreme price hikes on parts over the past few years are terrible

Slow checkout
The website, specifically the cart/checkout process is extremely slow. This is not a "me" problem; I have tried three different browsers on two different platforms. Get your developers to fix this. It is without a doubt the most annoying and frustrating part of the KR experience.

Missing O-rings on metering screws…
Kleen Rite sent me three stainless steel dual valves and one of the three had o-rings missing on the metering screws…really problematic as it cavitated pumps until it was discovered…

Sad invoice did not initially reflect Monster soap Special. Happy it got corrected after a phone call pointing out the error.
