The staff are disorganised, unfocused, poorly selected and not trained properly. I bought a tool and needed another tool that was compatible with it. They told me the part that I needed and $100s of dollars later, it wasn't the right match. When I tried to find the right match, it was hard to get a hold of them because they weren't responding to emails. When I finally got through, I explained very clearly what I needed, and then they told me a different part to the last time, but once again it was the wrong part. It's very simple and they still messed up. Luckily I was sceptical of what they said and double-checked.
