Just some issues at the beginning with communication but after that it was a pleasure working with the team.

new man, unfamiliar with our facility. missed some extinguishers that he will have to get next time. it would be nice if we could get our invoice that day so I can finish up our purchase order.

Overall training was great!! They were more than willing to be available for demonstrations at any time.

Early in the transition phase from Central Fire to Koorsen. Have had some bumps in the road so far hopefully getting ironed out..

Koorsen is usually on the spot quickly when I call. I understand the busy schedules from each customer they have and also know every job don't happen as quick as everyone wants it done which is now or yesterday. They are always ready to answer any questions I have and ready to solve most issues. Good people to deal with.
